Terms and Conditions

1. Website operator and seller

This website is operated by Pawan’s Neuro Linguistic Training OPC Pvt. Ltd. under the PAWAN NLP INDIA brand.

The eBook and 8-hour live online course packages are sold and invoiced by PAWAN NLP INDIA, a sole proprietorship. Both businesses are under common ownership and remain distinct legal businesses.

These Terms govern purchases of these learning packages. Other programmes may have separate enrolment terms disclosed before registration.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

Adults may purchase a package for themselves or arrange participation for a minor.

Participants under 18 must enrol through a parent or lawful guardian. The adult must review these Terms, complete the purchase and provide the necessary permissions.

Before payment, you must actively accept these Terms. Optional marketing and advertising consent remain separate from purchase acceptance.

3. What your package includes

Digital Package — ₹899: Digital eBook and the complete 8-hour live online course.

Hardcover Package — ₹1,499: Digital eBook, hardcover book and the same complete 8-hour live online course.

The stated package prices include applicable GST.

Your purchase confirmation identifies your package and selected batch. Recordings, certificates, individual coaching, audio materials or other bonuses are included only when expressly stated in the offer at checkout.

4. Prices and payment

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Purchase confirmation is issued after successful payment verification.

The final payable amount, including any applicable delivery charge, must be displayed before you authorise payment. We will not add undisclosed compulsory charges after purchase.

An unsuccessful or pending payment does not confirm enrolment. If money is debited without confirmation, contact us with the payment reference before paying again.

An unintended duplicate successful payment will be investigated and corrected; the voluntary cancellation policy does not authorise us to retain a duplicate payment.

5. Digital eBook access

After verified payment, we provide eBook access through the purchase confirmation and the email address supplied during checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. If access is missing, the link has expired or the file cannot be opened, contact us so we can verify the purchase and restore access.

A download link expiring for security reasons does not, by itself, cancel the underlying purchase entitlement.

6. Permitted use of the eBook

The digital eBook is supplied for the enrolled learner’s personal, non-commercial learning. A parent or guardian may assist an enrolled minor.

You may download and retain a personal copy. You may not, without appropriate written permission:

• Forward or distribute the digital file or private access link to others.
• Upload it to a public website, shared drive, messaging group or file-sharing service.
• Resell, commercially reproduce or distribute copies.
• Remove copyright notices or claim the material as your own.
• Reproduce protected material in another paid course, publication or product. These restrictions do not remove exceptions or uses permitted by applicable copyright law. Purchase does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

7. Hardcover delivery

The hardcover package includes a hardcover book in addition to digital access and the live course.

Delivery availability, applicable charges and estimated delivery time will be disclosed before purchase. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact number. Contact us promptly to request an address correction before dispatch.

For a damaged, incorrect or undelivered book, contact us with the order reference and reasonably available supporting information. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy. An unboxing video is not the sole acceptable evidence.

8. Live course and batch selection

Your purchase includes the complete 8-hour live online course in a confirmed batch. The course may comprise one or more sessions as shown in the batch schedule.

Dates, session times and the applicable timezone will be provided before booking. We select the online meeting platform and communicate joining instructions before the session.

You are responsible for suitable internet access, a compatible device and following reasonable joining instructions. Please contact us promptly if joining details have not arrived.

9. Rescheduling requested by you

If you cannot attend your selected batch, you may move your booking to another available eligible 8 Hours Live Program batch without purchasing the package again.

Use the booking management option provided with your confirmation or contact support.

A change is completed only when the replacement batch is confirmed. Until then, your existing booking remains unchanged. Replacement dates are subject to availability; an unavailable date cannot be guaranteed.

Your eBook access remains available when the live batch changes. Rescheduling does not create another purchase or an additional course entitlement.

10. Schedule changes made by us

If we change a confirmed session or batch, we will notify affected participants using their registered contact details and provide the revised arrangements.

Where appropriate, participants may select another available eligible batch.

If we cancel the purchased service without providing it, or cannot provide an appropriate alternative, we will address the purchase according to applicable law. This situation is not treated as a voluntary customer cancellation.

11. Cancellation and refunds

The package is non-refundable for voluntary cancellation, change of mind or inability to attend the selected batch. Participants who cannot attend may reschedule under Section 9.

This policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable law, including those concerning defective or incorrect goods, deficient or undelivered services, misleading descriptions or duplicate payments.

Refunds accepted or legally required will be processed through an appropriate payment channel, with relevant confirmation provided.

12. Participation and recordings

Participants must behave respectfully and must not harass others, disrupt sessions, share private joining links or disclose another participant’s personal contributions without permission.

Participants may not record or redistribute sessions without appropriate authorisation.

If we record a session, we will communicate the relevant notice and obtain consent where required. Recording availability is not automatically promised with every package.

Participation does not automatically authorise promotional use of your photograph, voice, testimonial or personal story.

13. Educational purpose and results

The workbook and course provide educational information and practical learning activities.

They are not medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, emergency support or a substitute for qualified healthcare or other regulated professional advice.

Learning outcomes vary according to individual circumstances, participation and application. We do not guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial or health outcome.

Exercises are voluntary. You may decline to share personal experiences or stop an activity that causes discomfort.

14. Intellectual property and brand protection

Original workbook content, training materials, website content, photographs, designs and branding belong to their respective owners or are used with permission.

Purchase does not authorise use of our logo, impersonation of our business, a claim of endorsement or representation as an authorised trainer or partner.

We may take proportionate steps to stop unauthorised access or infringement and pursue remedies available under law. Any access restriction must be reasonably connected to the issue; these Terms do not impose an automatic arbitrary financial penalty.

15. Service issues and liability

Please report access, payment, delivery or programme issues so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Neither business excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted internet or third-party platform availability, and we remain responsible for addressing our own applicable obligations.

Any limitation of liability operates only to the extent permitted by law and does not remove mandatory consumer rights.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, sharing, retention and privacy choices.

Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent for optional advertising tracking or promotional communications.

17. Complaints and contact

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month, or within an earlier deadline required by applicable law.

18. Applicable law and changes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. You retain access to the consumer commissions, courts and other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. Later updates will not retrospectively remove purchased benefits or mandatory rights. Any material change affecting an existing booking will be communicated appropriately.
