This policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, protected and retained when you use pawannlpindia.com, contact us, buy a learning package, receive learning materials or participate in our programmes. It also explains your privacy choices and how to contact us.

1. Website operator and purchase seller

The website is operated by Pawan’s Neuro Linguistic Training OPC Pvt. Ltd. under the PAWAN NLP INDIA brand. The eBook and 8-hour live online course packages are sold and invoiced by PAWAN NLP INDIA, a sole proprietorship. The two businesses are under common ownership and remain distinct legal businesses.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the relevant business handling your information. The OPC handles website operations and related enquiries. The proprietorship handles the eBook package sale, payment records, invoices and purchase fulfilment. Relevant information is shared between them only as needed for website operation, fulfilment, training administration, support and legal obligations. Common ownership does not authorise unrelated use of your information.

For other programmes, the applicable purchase or registration terms identify the relevant provider. You can use the common privacy contact below for either business; we will route your request to the responsible business.

Business and privacy correspondence address 1310, Solaris Business Hub, Bhujangdev Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380013, India. Email: info@nlpindiatraining.com Telephone: +91 82002 47525

2. Scope and your choices

This policy covers the website and our handling of programme and purchase information. Independent payment, delivery, meeting and advertising providers also process information under their own policies. We identify relevant providers at the point of use or in programme instructions.

Reading this policy or purchasing a package does not by itself grant permission for every optional use. Where consent is required, we request it separately for the relevant purpose. Refusing optional marketing or advertising tracking does not prevent a purchase or remove access already paid for.

3. Information we collect

  • Contact details: your name, email address, telephone number and information you send in an enquiry.
  • Purchase and billing details: selected package, order reference, billing address, state and state code, and business name or GSTIN if supplied for billing.
  • Hardcover delivery details: recipient name, delivery address, postcode and contact number where a hardcover package is purchased.
  • Payment records: payment provider references, amount, currency, payment status and timestamps. These are distinct from your payment credentials.
  • Programme records: selected batch, booking status, attendance where recorded for administration, joining communications and rescheduling history.
  • Service evidence: email attempts and statuses, protected download requests, support communications and relevant security or audit records. A sent email does not establish that it was read.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, referring pages, campaign information, timestamps and technical logs. Optional advertising collection follows Section 8.
  • Privacy records: consent choices, the notice version shown and requests to change preferences. For minors, relevant parent or guardian details and consent or verification records may also be required. We collect information directly from you, through your use of our services and from providers supporting a transaction. We do not ask for Aadhaar, health records or completed personal reflection exercises merely to purchase the package. If a legally required verification becomes necessary, we will explain the purpose and use a proportionate method.

4. Purposes of use

We use relevant information to process and verify payment; provide the eBook; generate invoices; confirm batches; send joining details; manage rescheduling; deliver hardcover books; answer enquiries; resolve complaints; secure services; prevent misuse; and maintain legally required records.

We use your contact details for purchase, eBook access, invoice, session, booking change and support communications. Promotional communications, if introduced, will follow applicable consent and communication requirements and include a way to opt out. We do not treat an existing purchase as blanket marketing permission.

Where enabled and permitted by your choices, we also use limited information to measure campaign performance and improve advertising. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely through automated advertising tools.

5. Necessary processing and optional consent

We process information with consent where required and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, including for the purchase or service you request and mandatory recordkeeping. We explain when a field is required. If essential information is withheld, we may be unable to complete the requested service; optional fields and optional tracking remain optional.

6. Payment processing through Razorpay

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered through its payment interface. We do not store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, bank passwords or payment authentication codes. Do not send these to us by email or in support messages.

We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment, fulfil the purchase and reconcile records. Razorpay and payment network participants process relevant information under their own terms and legal obligations. See Razorpay’s Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary technologies support security, session management, checkout and remembering privacy choices. Optional analytics help understand website use when enabled. Advertising technologies support measurement and permitted advertising activities.

Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain off until the relevant affirmative choice is recorded. The website provides choices to accept optional technologies, reject them or manage preferences. You can change these through Cookie Settings in the footer. Closing a banner or continuing to browse is not treated as consent.

Your preferences apply to our corresponding browser and server advertising collection. Browser controls provide additional options. Choices may need to be set again on a different browser or device, or after clearing storage. Cookie Settings identify enabled services, their purposes and relevant storage durations. Necessary technologies are not used as a label for optional advertising.

8. Meta Pixel and Conversions API

Where enabled and permitted by your privacy choices, we use Meta Pixel in the browser and Conversions API on the server to measure Facebook and Instagram advertising. Events can include a page view, a package view, checkout initiation and a verified purchase.

Meta may receive event time, a permitted page address, package identifier, amount, currency, an opaque event reference, browser or device details, IP address, advertising identifiers and, where separately enabled and permitted, selected contact information for matching. Applicable contact matching fields are hashed before transmission where Meta requires it. Hashing does not make personal information anonymous.

Meta may match information with its own records and use it for attribution, measurement, campaign optimisation and permitted advertising, as described in its policies. We do not send workbook answers, personal reflections, health information, children’s information, billing addresses, GSTINs, invoice contents, payment credentials or private download tokens through these tools.

Server transmission is not used to bypass an advertising refusal. We do not use these tools for behavioural monitoring of, or targeted advertising directed at, known minors. A guardian’s permission to enrol a child is not permission for child profiling. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta Ad Preferences.

9. Other analytics and advertising providers

We identify additional analytics or advertising services in this policy or the linked privacy controls before enabling their collection. A service is not automatically active merely because we advertise on its platform.

10. Emails and promotional preferences

Service messages include payment confirmation, invoice and eBook access, batch confirmation, joining details and schedule changes. You may still receive essential messages for an existing purchase after opting out of promotions.

If you choose promotional communications, you can withdraw that choice using the available unsubscribe mechanism or by contacting us. We will honour the request subject to applicable processing requirements. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent further unwanted marketing. Any promotional SMS, calls or platform messages must also follow applicable channel rules.

11. Live platforms and participation

We select the meeting platform suitable for each programme at our discretion and identify it, with access instructions, before the session. The provider may process display names, device and connection data, audio, video and chat according to the features you use and its own privacy terms. We will communicate a material provider change before the affected session where practicable.

Other participants may see your display name or hear and view contributions you make. Share only information you are comfortable disclosing to a group. We do not require completed workbook reflections to be submitted as a condition of ordinary eBook access.

If a session will be recorded, we will give advance notice explaining the purpose, content captured, intended audience, access and retention arrangements, and obtain consent where required. Recording is not automatically included in every package. We will explain available participation alternatives where feasible; do not assume private group comments cannot be heard by others.

Purchase or participation does not automatically authorise promotional use of your photograph, voice, recording or personal story. Such use requires an appropriate separate permission. For minors, the parent or lawful guardian is involved. Participants may not record or distribute other participants’ personal contributions without appropriate permission.

12. Participants under 18

Participants under 18 may join through a parent or lawful guardian. An adult must arrange the purchase, review the notices and provide the required permission before we process the child’s information for enrolment. We may verify the adult’s identity, age and authority using a proportionate process, including verifiable parental consent where applicable.

We limit children’s information to what is needed for participation, administration, safety and legal obligations. We do not sell it, use it for behavioural advertising or upload it to advertising audiences. Parents or lawful guardians may contact us to review, correct or request deletion of relevant records, subject to lawful retention requirements. If we discover an unapproved child submission, we will restrict further processing and arrange appropriate review or deletion.

13. Information sharing and service providers

Information is shared only for relevant purposes with authorised personnel; the related business identified in Section 1; hosting and technical providers; payment providers; email providers; the selected meeting platform; delivery partners for hardcover orders; professional advisers; and advertising providers subject to Section 8 and your choices.

Access is limited according to function. For example, a delivery partner needs delivery details, not workbook reflections. Hosting and email providers support storage and communications; they are not granted permission by us to independently market to our buyers. We use appropriate contractual and access controls for providers acting on our instructions.

We do not sell customer contact lists. We may disclose information when required by lawful process, to comply with legal obligations, investigate fraud or protect lawful rights. We assess the scope and disclose only what is reasonably required. In a business transfer or restructuring, any transfer of personal information must remain subject to applicable safeguards and notices; it does not permit unrestricted new uses.

14. Processing outside India

Some providers, including meeting or advertising services, may process information outside India. We assess applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards before using them. We do not represent that all website and service information is stored only in India. Provider policies explain their own processing locations and practices.

15. Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the disclosed purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Purchase, invoice, tax and payment records follow applicable accounting and statutory retention requirements. Booking and support records are retained for service delivery, reasonable dispute handling and required records.

Technical logs, consent evidence and security records follow their operational and applicable statutory requirements. Optional advertising data follows the relevant service configuration and privacy choices. Temporary exports and download tokens expire according to their purpose; temporary file removal does not delete the underlying financial record.

We review retention and securely delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. A deletion request does not require us to erase records that must lawfully be kept. Where applicable, we restrict their use to the reason for retention. Residual copies in protected backups are handled through the backup lifecycle and are not restored for unrelated marketing. A legal hold can extend retention where necessary.

16. Security and incident handling

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information, including secure transmission, restricted access, protected file storage, authentication, provider controls and review of relevant logs. No internet system or transmission is completely secure; we do not promise absolute security.

If an incident affects personal information, we will assess it, take appropriate corrective steps and notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law. Please report a suspected privacy or security issue through the contact in Section 18 without sending passwords or exposing private download links publicly.

17. Your privacy requests and choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, request access or a summary where applicable, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, withdraw optional consent, stop promotional communications or raise a privacy complaint. You may exercise additional rights, including nomination where available under applicable law, through the same contact.

We reasonably verify identity and, for a child, the parent or guardian’s authority before releasing or changing information. We ask only for information proportionate to the request. We will explain a refusal or limitation, including where continued retention is legally required, and relevant available escalation routes.

Withdrawal of optional advertising or promotional consent does not cancel your purchase or stop essential fulfilment communications. Where withdrawing information necessary for a requested service has consequences, we will explain them without treating withdrawal as permission to deny existing statutory rights. Earlier lawful processing is not automatically invalidated by withdrawal.

Rights and legal response requirements apply according to the law in force at the relevant time. You can still contact us about a privacy concern even where a particular statutory right has not yet commenced.

18. Privacy and grievance contact

Dr. Pawankumar Singh Privacy and Grievance Contact Email: info@nlpindiatraining.com Telephone: +91 82002 47525 1310, Solaris Business Hub, Bhujangdev Cross Road, Naranpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380013, India.

Please identify the relevant service and describe your concern. Include an order reference if useful, without sharing card credentials, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. This contact receives requests for both businesses identified in Section 1.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and work to resolve them within one month, or within an earlier deadline required by applicable law. If further information is required, we will explain it and keep you informed. These channels do not restrict your right to approach a competent authority, consumer forum or court. Where a data protection escalation route is legally available, we will provide relevant details and any required prior grievance steps.

19. External links and policy changes

Linked third party sites operate under their own policies. We are responsible for our own handling of your information; a third party link does not remove our applicable duties.

We may revise this policy when services, providers or legal requirements change. The published version and effective date will be identified. Material changes receive additional notice and fresh consent where required. Continued browsing is not treated as fresh consent to a materially different optional use of previously collected information.

This policy addresses personal information. Purchase conditions, eBook use restrictions, programme arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling provisions are addressed separately in the applicable Terms. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
